Reston, VA - HealthTalk A.I., a leading patient engagement company, today announced that it has been recognized twice in the 2022 KLAS Emerging Solutions Top 20 Report. The top 20 emerging solutions were selected by healthcare leaders across the country to find the solutions that have the greatest potential to disrupt the healthcare market. Solutions were rated by how well they could impact the Quadruple Aim of Healthcare: improve outcomes, reduce the cost of care, improve the patient experience, and improve the clinician experience.
The evaluation process consisted of 16 prominent healthcare executives with broad HIT expertise reading 42 KLAS Emerging Technology reports and rating the companies based on their potential to impact the Quadruple Aim. To narrow the field to 42, each company needed to have an overall KLAS score of at least 85%. And to be awarded Top 20, these companies needed to rank in the top 5 of one of the Quadruple Aim categories.
HealthTalk A.I. was recognized with two Top 20 awards, placing 3rd overall for its ability to improve the patient experience and 5th overall for the ability to improve outcomes. HealthTalk A.I. was also the only Emerging Technology company within the KLAS ‘Patient Communications’ segment to receive a Top 20 award.
