Reston, VA – HealthTalk A.I., a leading patient engagement platform, has announced the launch of In-office Patient Intake, a powerful enhancement to its existing Smart Intake™ feature. This new capability enables healthcare organizations to streamline patient check-in and intake processes directly at the point of care using advanced agentic AI technology.


HealthTalk A.I.’s Smart Intake™ previously supported only Mobile Intake, allowing patients to complete pre-registration forms, e-signatures, and customized screeners from their mobile devices before their visit. Now, with the addition of In-office Patient Intake, patients who haven’t completed intake tasks in advance—or those needing additional assistance—can do so on-site with ease.
