DR. PAUL TRIPATHI, MD
 
Dr. Paul Tripathi is a board-certified emergency physician and CFO for Virginia Emergency Medicine Associates (a contracted group provider for emergency department staffing at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in northern Virginia/D.C. metro area). He received his medical training at Boston University and emergency residency training through the Albert Einstein University system at Jacobi/Montefiore hospitals in Bronx, NY. Since 2004, Dr. Tripathi has worked as an attending emergency physician in diverse practice settings including the local level 1 trauma center, pediatric emergency departments, and community hospitals. Throughout his career, Dr. Tripathi has worked with hospital administrations performing quality improvement and review activities as well as participating in designing systems of care, including most recently planning and responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. As CFO for VEMA, Dr. Tripathi oversees the financial health of this democratic contract management group.
