HealthTalk A.I. today announced a new collaboration with HealthEfficient, a federally funded Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN), to expand patient engagement and outreach options available to HealthEfficient’s member community health centers.
HealthEfficient supports more than 65 community health centers across the United States and the Pacific Islands, providing strategic planning, training, and data-driven technical assistance to help centers improve access, clinical quality, and operational performance. Through this collaboration, HealthEfficient member health centers will have the opportunity to evaluate and adopt HealthTalk A.I.’s patient engagement platform to support outreach, scheduling, and care coordination efforts.
The collaboration reflects HealthEfficient’s ongoing work to identify and enable practical, scalable technologies that address persistent challenges faced by Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), including staffing constraints, rising patient demand, and the need to close care gaps in diverse and often underserved communities.

HealthTalk A.I.’s platform uses automation and artificial intelligence to streamline outreach and appointment coordination, enabling care teams to manage high volumes of patient interactions more efficiently. By reducing administrative workload, staff can focus more of their time on delivering personalized, customer-centered support. HealthEfficient will work with interested member health centers to evaluate how this solution can enhance and integrate with their existing patient engagement strategies and systems.
